Who these terms are with

Visit Tbilisi is published by Tbilisi Expat LLC Setup Tax and Business Consulting LLC, at 16 Ateni Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. These terms are governed by Georgian law, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.

What this site is

Visit Tbilisi publishes travel guides to Tbilisi and Georgia. The guides are editorial content, researched in person and revised over time. Nothing on the site is a booking service: we do not sell tours, tickets or accommodation, and we take no payment from readers.

Accuracy

Prices, opening hours and transport details change faster than any publication can track. Each guide carries the date it was last checked, and the stated facts were correct on that date. Confirm the details that matter to your plans, especially opening hours and anything you would travel across the city for, and tell us when something has moved so the guide can be fixed.

What we are not responsible for

Decisions made by third parties are theirs: a venue that turns you away, a changed fare, a cancelled service or a closed border. The guides describe places we do not control.

Using our content

The writing and artwork on this site belong to the publisher. Quote a guide with a link and attribution; do not republish guides in full.
