How the guides get made
Every place in a guide has been visited, ordered from, climbed or paid for. Prices are written down on site, in lari, and each guide carries the date it was last checked.
The city moves fast: bars close, fares change, a khinkali spot changes hands and slips. When that happens the guide gets revised or the place comes out, which is what the UPDATED stamp on each guide tracks.
